Project Details

We were approached by Giambri Construction to design the perfect starter home. This small house tucked on a side street in South Philadelphia had been badly neglected. We took inspiration from the clean minimalism of Shaker style interiors and a detail found on the home’s original handrail. Our process included cleaning up the layout, maximizing views, incorporating storage, and putting together a package of tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and new wood mouldings. The end result is a house that went from neglected to noticed by selling on the same day it hit the market.
